Lincoln-Way West National Honor Society Students Donate
New Lenox, IL (June 20, 2013)— To comfort sick children, members from the National Honor Society at Lincoln-Way West High School, delivered $520 worth of toys to the Foundation Office at Silver Cross Hospital. Katie Lesage and Sabrina Gevencher student members of the National Honor Society at Lincoln-Way West High School dropped off the comforting toys to the hospital on June 4, 2013.
Katie Lesage led the donation drive asking fellow members of the National Honor Society and teachers to contribute to the fund raiser. “I wanted to do this fund raiser because I spent a lot of time in hospitals and I know what children go through,” said New Lenox resident Katie Lesage.
