Silver Cross Center for Women’s Health Hosts Mammogram Party May 26
Joliet, IL (May 18, 2011)—To encourage women to get their annual mammogram, the Silver Cross Center for Women’s Health in New Lenox is hosting a Mammogram Party. Women age 40 and older who have not had their mammography screening in the past 12 months are invited to attend on Thursday, May 26 between 5 and 8 p.m. For reservations, call (815) 740-7076. A physician’s order is necessary and results will be available within 24 hours. Participants can choose to have their insurance billed or pay $100 at time of the appointment.
In addition to the digital mammogram, party-goers will receive a free mini-massage, osteoporosis “heel” screening, and an I Matter™ card redeemable for unlimited discounts with over 150 local businesses. There will be complimentary wine, chocolate and other decadent treats. Attendees can also take a tour of the spa-like Center which is the first in the region to provide an advanced level of diagnostics coupled with specialized care for women in one convenient location.
