Joliet, IL (September 28, 2010)—Parkinson’s and kidney transplant patient Tom Gatses was at a family graduation party this summer at a nearby forest preserve when he hit his head on a picnic table—cutting it open. His son and wife drove him down the street to the Silver Cross Free-Standing Emergency Care Center at 143rd St and Bell Rd. in Homer Glen.
Silver Belles Bazaar Planned for Nov. 6 at Silver Cross Hospital
Joliet, IL (September 27, 2010)—The Will County Union of King’s Daughters and Sons will hold its annual Silver Belles Bazaar Saturday, Nov. 6, from 7:30 am. to 1:30 p.m. in the Silver Cross Hospital Cafeteria, located in the Francis Pavilion, 1200 Maple Rd., Joliet. Admission is free. Strollers are welcome.
