The Silver Cross Sangmeister Medal of Excellence is given to honor a leading citizen recognized for competence, service and dedication in a field other than healthcare that contributes to the common good. The Medal may be given posthumously. The recipient will exemplify the values of caring service to others that is the bedrock of Silver Cross Hospital tradition.
