Parking for visitors is available near the main entrance. Parking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All parking at Silver Cross Hospital is free of charge. Please be sure to lock your car.
Valet Parking
Free valet parking is available at the hospital entrance Monday through Friday, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Free valet parking is also available at the Pavilion entrance Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. If a vehicle needs to be picked up after these times, please call security at (815) 300-7301.
The Silver Cross Shuttle Bus provides convenient transportation free of charge to the parking areas. This service is available Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Courtesy Cart
The courtesy cart service will pick you up at your vehicle, bring you to the main entrance and Pavilion entrances, and then return you to your vehicle upon your departure. This service is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
After-hours, the Security Department transports visitors to their vehicles by request. All services can be contacted by calling (815) 300-7301 or by asking the service ambassador or valet attendants to call the service for a transport via radio.
