Silver Cross Hospital does not contract with all insurance companies licensed to do business in the State of Illinois. In the event your insurance company is not contracted with Silver Cross, you may face penalties such as higher deductibles or higher co-payments than a contracted provider. Questions about coverage or benefit levels should be directed to your health plan and subscriber’s certificate of coverage. We will be happy to assist you should you so request.
