Visitor InformationVisitorsWe encourage visitors and want to make families and friends feel welcome at Silver Cross. Visiting hours are between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Visiting times during other hours are granted only for the purpose of caregiver skill development. For security reasons, all visitors are required to obtain visitor identification badge at the Francis Pavilion Information Desk. The badge must be worn at all times when in the building. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them. Sick children are asked to stay at home as we do not want to put other patients at risk for infection. We ask that visitors be considerate of the privacy, confidentiality and lifestyle differences of other patients on the unit.
