Molly Brusca

Associate Vice President, Silver Cross Medical Group

Molly Brusca serves as Associate Vice President of Silver Cross Medical Group. 

She began her career at Silver Cross in 2003 as a practice manager within Silver Cross Medical Group and has held several key leadership roles over the course of her tenure, including Operations Assistant, Physician Liaison, Director of Physician Relations, Administrative Director of Physician Services and, most recently, as Executive Director of Medical Group Operations. 

In her current role, Molly oversees Silver Cross Medical Group practices, which includes over 100 primary and specialty care providers in 22 offices across 9 communities.

She also manages three Urgent Care Centers, with a fourth location opening in late January 2026 and a fifth in Lemont, coming in the fall of 2026. 

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Molly is actively involved in the community as a member of the Joliet Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Chamber's Council for Working Women. 

A proud New Lenox resident, Molly and her husband have four grown children.
