Sung Chung, M.D. is a board-certified otolaryngologist practicing in New Lenox and caring for patients of all ages with ear, nose, and throat disorders.

Dr. Chung earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Harvard University and is a graduate of the University of Illinois School of Medicine in Chicago. His surgical internship and otolaryngology residency were completed at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr. Chung is a published medical author who has presented scientific data in national medical conferences and lectured on information technology in medicine. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Otolaryngology and Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, the Illinois State Medical Society, the Will-Grundy Medical Society, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Dr. Chung is a member of Midwest Institute of Robotic Surgery at Silver Cross Hospital, which performs more robotic-assisted surgeries than anyone else in the Chicago area.
