A Financial Counselor is available near the check-in desk at the Silver Cross Cancer Center to answer any financial or insurance-related questions you may have.

Services include:

  • Answering questions related to insurance coverage, benefits, and billing issues
  • Educating you and your loved ones about treatment-related financial obligations
  • Sharing information on financial assistance policies and payment assistance programs
  • Estimating out-of-pocket costs and/or co-pays for treatment
  • Determining copay assistance programs available for your treatment
