Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program
Our experienced rehabilitation team is dedicated to helping patients with chronic pulmonary or breathing problems, such as COPD (Chronic Pulmonary Obstructive Disease) and emphysema, to regain their independence and reclaim a healthy, active lifestyle. Expert nurses, exercise physiologists, and respiratory therapists assist individuals to greatly improve pulmonary function. Using state-of-the-art exercise equipment along with cardiac and pulmonary monitoring systems, we work with patients and their physicians to create a tailored and personalized approach to guide each patient in their recovery.
Hundreds of pulmonary patients are breathing easier due to our individually-tailored, multi-disciplinary approach at Silver Cross Hospital.
