2026 Silver Cross EMT-B Class Application

Class Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Class Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Program Tuition: $2,000 (Includes instruction, lab access, textbooks, and uniforms. Additional separate costs for background check and liability insurance (approx. $50 each). A laptop computer is required for class.

Admission Requirements:

· Minimum age of 18 by the first day of class

· High school diploma or GED

· Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

· Proof of required immunizations (influenza vaccine) and health clearance

· Physical ability to perform EMT duties

APPLICATION Must be completed in its entirety electronically to be processed. Incomplete applications WILL NOT be returned or considered for admittance to the Program.
