From Psychological ways to manage weight gain, exercise and diet, guest speakers and more!

Guest Speaker: Charles Murray, BS, CHWC

Join us for an exciting evening of physical activity that requires nothing but you and comfy clothes . Charles will teach you how to maximize your body’s potential using your own body weight and motivation. The key is to use the “Gem” within you and not rely on the external “Gym”. We will focus on functional movements that stimulate the body for weight loss and provide an euphoric feeling after the workout .
