Join us for an unforgettable cultural celebration to advance patient care at Silver Cross Hospital! This year’s fundraiser brings new experiences, bold flavors and lively entertainment for guests 21+ years old.

Brand-new Interactive Guest Experiences!

  • Salsa Tasting Challenge

Try 10 different salsas with a variety of flavors and spiciness levels. Each guest will have the opportunity to vote on his or her favorite salsa and the most popular will be announced at the end of the evening.

  • Table-Side Guac Bar

Avocados are freshly mashed before your own eyes. Guests choose their own mix-ins and spice level for the perfect personalized dip.
