  • Baby Basics

    Parents-to-be and new parents can learn about their baby’s physical care and health skills at a special one day program. Please allow 2 hours for this class.

  • Birthing Center Unit Tour

    Silver Cross Hospital provides a free tour of our attractive Birthing Center for soon-to-be parents! Registration required. Photo ID must be scanned upon start of tour.

  • Breastfeeding Class

    Learn the basics of breastfeeding including establishing a good milk supply, avoiding difficulties, using breast pumps, and more.

  • Prepared Childbirth Education

    Participants will receive instruction from the Birthing Center staff on breathing, relaxation and floor exercise techniques in this class. Class is approximately 4 hours and includes a tour of the birthing center. Classes held in the Conference Center, lower level of Pavilion A.
