Join the Diabetes Care and Education Specialists at Silver Cross Hospital for a 1-hour class on preventing Diabetes. Learn about Prediabetes, Lifestyle Modifications to help Prevent Type 2 Diabetes, Healthy Eating Tips and Exercise Ideas!

Participants will receive instruction from the Birthing Center staff on breathing, relaxation and floor exercise techniques in this class. Class is approximately 4 hours and includes a tour of the birthing center. Classes held in the Conference Center, lower level of Pavilion A.
