He graduated as chief resident of a competitive 3-year rearfoot reconstructive residency at Cook County and Weiss Memorial Hospital and was trained by some of the foremost foot and ankle surgeons in the Chicagoland area.

Every single patient gets his full attention. He is a member of ACFAS, APMA, IPMA, and other podiatric medical associations. He does keep up with the latest evidence-based medicine practices and continues his life long learning with courses, journal memberships, and is actively involved in research and training residents at his Alma Mater program at Cook County and Weiss Memorial Hospital.
