Dr. Kishin Ramani completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He performed his cardiology fellowship at Northwestern University Medical Center in Chicago, under the tutelage of the renowned Dr. Robert Bonow.

Dr. Ramani pursued additional training in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. His particular interests include coronary artery disease, risk stratification by nuclear stress testing, congestive heart failure and lipid management.

Dr. Ramani is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. He has additional qualifications in noninvasive imaging: Certification from the National Board of Echocardiography and Diplomat of the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology.

Dr. Ramani is a recipient of several awards including the American Heart Association Post Doctoral Research Fellowship award and the American College of Cardiology (Illinois Chapter) prize for clinical and research competition.
